Our Jewellery: 

Our jewellery is made from 14k gold plated Sterling Silver, 18k Gold plated Sterling Silver and 24k Gold plated on Sterling Silver.  It is Nickel and Lead-free and hypoallergenic.  Each product will specify exact materials. If your jewellery is damaged upon receiving please send us an email immediately at info@halloweve.com

Warranties:

Our sterling silver and gold plated jewellery have a warranty of 6 months. Please note that in order for the warranty to be valid you will have to return your faulty item to receive a replacement. Our return address will be forwarded to you when you have logged a return.

 How to look after your jewellery: 

To keep your jewellery shiny and sparkly, wipe with a soft cloth. Never use a chemical jewellery cleaner. Protect the plating of your jewellery by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, and avoid applying perfume, lotion, or hair products directly on to your jewellery.  Avoid exposing your jewellery to water or harsh detergents. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewellery should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.

Jewellery Storage:

We recommend to store your Jewellery in its Hallowed Eve packaging provided to protect the durability of your jewellery or use a lined box or soft pouch. Ensure each item of your jewellery is stored separately to reduce tangling and avoid your jewellery from tarnishing.
