Do you have a physical store?

Hallowed Eve is currently online only. Our main office is based in London, United Kingdom but we are Irish owned and sometimes products are shipped from Dublin, Ireland. You will be notified which service we will be using to ship your order. It will either be Royal Mail or An Post.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world. All International orders are shipped using 2nd Class Registered post with Royal Mail or An Post.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Christmas: 

All orders place from Nov 21st to January 5th will be posted via An Post.

Orders placed after these dates will be shipped with Royal Mail.

Hallowed Eve are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail or An post however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

UK & Ireland - £3 Standard Delivery. 

Rest of Europe - £6.00 standard international delivery , allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please note this is an untracked service. We do offer a tracked service for £8.00

Rest of world - £10 tracked delivery service , please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Please note it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details failure to do so may arise in your product not being delivered.

In the unlikely event a product is out of stock you will be notified.

Please note : We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, we do gift vouchers for £40/ £50/ £100 & £200.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Do you accept returns on earrings?

We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the earrings are faulty however we can discuss this once it is reported right away to info@hallowedeve.com. Return address will be given after you email us.

What if I want to return items? 

In the unlikely event that you have a return please mail our customer service team straight away to verify before you return product.  We will then let you know where to send you items. Plated items can dull with normal wear and tear over time or through not being looked after properly so we cannot accept returns due to this reason after a certain amount of time. Please see jewellery care section.

 

Do you wholesale?

No , currently we do not do wholesale. 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

 

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping. Please tick the ‘gift wrap’ box when checking out. Please note this will not allow you to see the item before it's opened as a gift. If you are shipping directly to the recipient this is perfect. We will also include a note.
